Building a Relationship

-HOTEL:
Chris: Now that the negotiation is made, our company wants to thank you for taking the decision to become our partner, we decided to take charge of the stay in the Hotel and invite you to learn more of Puerto Rico.

Ledy: I am very grateful. It was very successful the negotiation. I'll be very happy to spend these two days in this beautiful island.

-LOBBY:
Chris: Our Company will make sure you enjoy your last two days on our island, we know just the right place to get dinner. We can meet at the front desk at 7:30pm so you can get ready for the dinner tonight, are you ok with that?

Ledy: Of course! That sounds good to me, I'll meet you at 7:30pm then...

Chris: OK! see you later...

-RESTAURANT:
Chris: Do you like the food?

Ledy: I love it. I must say I'm very impressed of the service here. The food everything.

Chris: The food is a combination of Cuba and Puerto Rico. All their food its home made. I'm glad you like and enjoy the food. Its everything ok..  Would you like to order anything else?

Ledy: Oh no! Everything is fine. I'm really grateful about all this. Never had a better food than today!.. and I'm full too!..

Chris: Ohh! I almost forgot... Tomorrow I would like to invite you up on the morning, to go visit Palomino beach, you will enjoy it!!! It's a very nice place..

Ledy: Oh my are you being serious... I love going to the beach. On my country the beach is about 3 hours from home! It has been a long time since a hadn't go to the beach...

Chris: Well tomorrow me and other colleagues that I would like to present to you the trip to Palomino. Do you mind if we met at 9:00am?

Ledy: No problem?...

PALOMINO:
Ledy: I'm so impressed with this beautiful view! the clearly water, the corals and fish are so easy to see on the bottom, and the boat service is great!..

Chris; I'm glad you love these days on our beautiful island, one of the purpose of our company is to make sure that our business partner spend their last days on our island like never before without any cost.

Ledy: I'm so thankful about the service, people are so kind here, and I'm sure im coming back... Thanks for all the attention....
